IMMIGRATION LAW SERVICES

The Immigration Law Project assists undocumented immigrants who are eligible for legal status in the United States under various immigration law provisions.

Children

SDVLP helps children obtain the right to live legally in the United States. To receive SDVLP's help, a child must be either:

  • In foster care, or dependency;
  • A child with one parent who is a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident and who commits acts of domestic violence against the child or children, and/or the undocumented parent.

Battered Immigrant Spouses

SDVLP helps undocumented spouses who are victims of domestic abuse in obtaining lawful permanent resident status in the United States. For more information, please call (619) 235-5656, extension 121.
