Youth Services - Guardianship Legal Clinic

Responsible adults who are residents of San Diego County can attend weekly clinics for assistance in obtaining legal guardianship of children who have been abused, neglected or abandoned by their parents. Appointments are not necessary and applicants must meet financial eligibility requirements and be residents of San Diego County.

SDVLP's weekly clinics, held in cooperation with the Probate Court and Probate Examiner's Office, are as follows:
