HIV / AIDS Legal Services

SDVLP provides comprehensive legal services to HIV positive individuals who meet certain income requirements. SDVLP does not handle criminal matters or fee-generating cases, such as personal injury actions.  Staff and volunteer attorneys provide assistance in a variety of areas, including:

  • Public Benefits
  • Estate Planning
  • Employment Discrimination
  • Debtor Relief
  • Housing
  • … and other legal issues affecting individuals’ eligibility or ability to access HIV/AIDS services.

SDVLP offers legal clinics and appointments throughout San Diego County. Please see clinic locations and the corresponding contact information below.
